Black Box Kitchen is Paul and Sandy's baby that originally began out of a food truck in 2014. Black Box Kitchen is the home of Pao De Queijo – a brazilian cheese bread traditionally found on the streets of Brazil. Simply described as a cross between a yorkshire pudding and a profiterole, the breads are gluten free, crispy on the outside and chewy and cheesy on the inside.

 

Paul put’s his own flair on the cheese bread, filled with local produce such as pulled pork, egg scramble and confit duck.

 

Currently Black Box Kitchen is housed at T-Bone Brewers in Huntingfield Kingston, and is available for functions on request.
